The purpose of this website is to provide travelers with free information on tourism services in the Tirthan Valley and the ecozone of the Great Himalayan national Park, in order to help generate income for local communities, support natural and cultural protected areas, and minimize negative impact on GHNP’s culture and environment.

This website is an official site of the Local Tourism Administration and has been created by the support Sunshine Himalayan Adventures which is one of the first certified ecotourism companies in the state of Himachal Pradesh.

Tourism activities and accommodations listed on this site are required to contribute to the implementation of the state's ecotourism policy and adhere to its guiding principles. The main content of this site is reserved for communities and businesses in the Tirthan Valley. Links and content that support community-based ecotourism in GHNP ecozone are welcome.
